Steve was a great help, fitting us in to a busy schedule at short notice to repair some old pool gate hinges which he had a supply of even though they had been discontinued. Prompt in all communications, clear and straightforward. A really good. Happy to recommend Steve to anyone.

I highly recommend Steve and Word of Mouth Fencing - he was particularly pleasant to deal with; professional and reliable, and we are very happy with the finished product. We will likely re-landscape in the next few years which will necessitate the installation of another fence, and we won't hesitate to use Steve/WOM Fencing again for that job!

Steve is awesome and I highly recommend him. He came to quote me for the installation of a new glass fence. he gave me some wonderful advice and recommendations with regards to what we needed to do and also fixed a part of our current pool fence that was broken. He wouldn’t accept any money for the fence repair he did for us which was so very generous and kind of him. Highly recommend :)

I can't speak highly enough about the great service received from Steve and the team. All options were explained well, arrival on the day was prompt, the site was left clean and tidy with no dust at all from the installation making it to the pool, and best of all the price was very competitive. Steve quite simply did a great job on our pool fencing. I can't recommend him highly enough; turned up on time , good value, and apart from being a real professional in his work, he is a friendly guy who will do that bit extra if necessary. We would always use him for any fencing job.

The service provided by Word of Mouth Fencing when we were installing pool fencing at our home in Turramurra was excellent. When one of the pool gates required tweaking over a year after the fencing was installed they were there promptly and there was no charge to sort out the issue.I can definitely recommend them

We needed to make substantial changes to our existing pool fencing and wanted to keep the materials and look consistent. After being told by other fencers it was impossible, Steve sourced matching extrusion, glass and fittings, then installed it all exactly as we requested. The work was done properly and the whole process was transparent and professional.

Perfect !! Above & beyond.Professional, courteous & cleaned up any mess, Quote was significantly less than others. Understood the urgency of the fence being erected for Health reasons, made sure it happened, ASAP. They also undertook some work, that they would not normally do, due to safety needs for an elderly person. Thanks so much Steve & your team.. I would of given 10/5, but Google only rates to 5..

If all the trades we dealt with in building our pool Steve was by far the best. Super friendly and reliable. He even popped in on a Sunday (asking first, of course) to measure up and ensure everything was good to go. He communicated well with us and the other tradies, flexible as to when we were ready. He just made it so easy. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Ours was a difficult build and Steve provided incredibly helpful advice on options and ideas to make it work. He communicated clearly every step of the way, and was always punctual for appointments. His workmanship (and tidy site) have made our pool fence a positive feature.

We had to call on his services again to repair the gate and a panel after a huge storm (we were happy – others lost their entire pool!). He was extremely responsive to ensure our pool fence was compliant again.

We would highly recommend him for his workmanship, attention to details and reliability.
